In the hotels where we do not have washers and dryers in the rooms, we do offer a coin operated laundry service.
Yes, all of our resorts have Wi-Fi access.
During the winter months the pools are heated and the pool times are from dawn until dusk.
Our hotels and resorts do offer a shuttle to Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando at a person fee. However, due to health and safety issues caused by Covid-19, we have temporarily discontinued our shuttle service for all hotels & resorts until further notice. We thank you for your understanding.
We do not offer early check-in or late check-out as a bookable service; however, you can enter a special request at the Front Desk during check-in. Please be aware that they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If available, there may be a nominal fee charged for late check-outs.
Our hotels and resorts are not pet friendly; however, service animals with documentation are accepted.
For a nominal fee of $5.00 per package*, you may have packages delivered to the resort. The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation. Payments for packages can be pre-paid by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event your package does not arrive prior to your departure date, packages may be forwarded with prior arrangements for an additional fee. The hotel will not be held responsible for misdirected or lost packages.
*Please note: For large or heavy packages or if the package needs the be held longer than 3 days before check-in there will be an additional charge. Standard packages are 14’”x 14″ x 8’”and weigh 3.5lbs (or less).

staySky Hotels & Resorts is the management company for multiple hotels and resorts in Orlando.
We currently do not offer transportation to or from the airport at any of our Orlando properties. Private companies or ride sharing is the best option.
Any changes to your reservation can be made providing they are made within the terms of the cancellation policies & terms. Please note that changes to a reservation can however result in rate changes.

Cancellation terms and conditions are explained at the booking stage. Usually, you can cancel a hotel room outside of 72 hours of the check-in time without penalty, which can vary for each hotel. Please make sure that you are fully aware of the cancellation policies for the hotel that you are booking.
Most of our hotels and resorts require a deposit at the time of booking your vacation. Please read the booking conditions for all payment terms.
