Reservations can be booked by calling our toll-free reservations line 1-866-455-4062. Local phone 407-992-0430 or just book your vacation online. Reservations are open from 6am-12am.
Most of our hotels and resorts require a deposit at the time of booking your vacation. Please read the booking conditions for all payment terms.
Cancellation terms and conditions are explained at the booking stage. Usually, you can cancel a hotel room outside of 72 hours of the check-in time without penalty, which can vary for each hotel. Please make sure that you are fully aware of the cancellation policies for the hotel that you are booking.
If you wish to make additional payments to your reservation just call reservations and we will be happy to assist you.
Any changes to your reservation can be made providing they are made within the terms of the cancellation policies & terms. Please note that changes to a reservation can however result in rate changes.
We offer Resort Transportation to most of our hotels. Prices start at $45 for one way. To make a reservation for your shuttle service to your hotel, please contact reservations with all your flight information. We will then send you your transportation voucher. Payment is required at time of booking this service.
If you decide that you wish to make a change to your reservation, such as a room upgrade, we would be more than happy to help you. Please call our reservations department for availability and upgrade costs.
We are more than willing to add any special requests to your reservation, but please note that these are always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Call or email firstname.lastname@example.org to add any special requests.
For a nominal fee of $5.00 per package*, you may have packages delivered to the resort. The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation. Payments for packages can be pre-paid by emailing email@example.com. In the event your package does not arrive prior to your departure date, packages may be forwarded with prior arrangements for an additional fee. The hotel will not be held responsible for misdirected or lost packages.
*Please note: For large or heavy packages or if the package needs the be held longer than 3 days before check-in there will be an additional charge. Standard packages are 14’”x 14″ x 8’”and weigh 3.5lbs (or less).
Our hotels and resorts are not pet friendly; however, service animals with documentation are accepted.
We do not offer early check-in or late check-out as a bookable service; however, you can enter a special request at the Front Desk during check-in. Please be aware that they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If available, there may be a nominal fee charged for late check-outs.
Our hotels and resorts do offer a shuttle to Disney/Universal and SeaWorld; some hotels offer a free service, while others are available at a small charge. However, due to health and safety issues caused by Covid-19, we have temporarily discontinued our shuttle service for all hotels & resorts until further notice. We thank you for your understanding.
During the winter months the pools are heated and the pool times are from dawn until dusk.
Yes, all of our resorts have Wi-Fi access.
In the hotels where we do not have washers and dryers in the rooms, we do offer a coin operated laundry service.
