Is staySky Hotels & Resorts a hotel?

staySky Hotels & Resorts is the management company for multiple hotels and resorts in Orlando and Daytona Beach.

Are all your hotels in Orlando?

No, we have a hotel in Daytona Beach as well as several hotels in Orlando.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, please contact our group sales department who can assist with group rates at all staySky Hotels & Resorts properties.  sales@staySky.com or 800.501.8494.

Do you offer theme park tickets?

Yes, all our hotels in Orlando offer ticket sales in our lobby.

Can the hotel accept packages for a guest not yet check-in?

There is a nominal handling fee of $5 per package, we do ask that packages arrive no earlier than 3 days before check-in. *The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation.

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be booked by calling our toll-free reservations line 1-866-455-4062. Local phone 407-992-0430 or just book your vacation on-line. Reservations are open from 6am-12am.

Is our credit charged when we make the reservation?

Most of our hotels and townhomes require a deposit at the time of booking your vacation, please read the booking conditions for all payment terms.

What are the cancellation terms on my reservation?

Cancellation terms and conditions are explained at the booking stage; usually you can cancel a hotel room outside of 72 hours of the check-in time without penalty, this can vary for each hotel, please make sure that you are fully aware of the cancellation policies for the hotel that you are booking. For townhomes the cancellation period is longer, usually 7 days prior to the check-in time to avoid penalty, please check the cancellation policies when booking your townhome.

Can I make additional payments?

If you wish to make additional payments to your reservation just call reservations and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I change my reservation at any time?

Any changes to your reservation can be made providing they are made within the terms of the cancellation policies & terms, please note that changes to a reservation can however result in rate changes.

How can we get to the hotels from the airport?

We offer Resort Transportation to most of our hotels, price start from $45 one way, to make a reservation for your shuttle service to your hotel please contact reservations with all your flight information. We will then send you your transportation voucher; payment is required at time of booking this service.

How can I upgrade my room to a different room type?

If you decide that you wish to make a change to your reservation such as a room upgrade, we would be more than happy to help you, just call our reservations department for availability and upgrade costs.

I want to make sure that I am on a low floor or high floor?

We are more than willing to add any special requests to your reservation but please note that these are always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Call or email reservations@staysky.com to add any special requests.

Can I send packages or receive mail at the hotel?

For a nominal fee of $5.00 per package* you may have packages delivered to the resort.  The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation.  Payments for packages can be pre-paid by emailing reservations@staysky.com.  In the event your package does not arrive prior to your departure date, packages may be forwarded with prior arrangements for an additional fee.  The hotel will not be held responsible for misdirected or lost packages.

*Please note:  For large or heavy packages or if the package needs the be held longer than 3 days before check-in there will be an additional charge.  Standard packages are 14’”x 14″ x 8’”and weigh 3.5lbs (or less).

Can I bring my pet?

Our hotels and townhomes are not pet friendly, however service animals are accepted.

Can I check-in early or check-out late?

We do not offer early check-in or late check-out as a bookable service, however you can enter a special request for these but they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Do I have to pay for parking?

All of our hotels and townhomes have complimentary parking, however if you are staying in a townhome parking is limited to two cars per townhome.

Do you offer free shuttle to the parks?

Most of your hotels offer a shuttle to Disney/Universal and SeaWorld; some hotels offer a free service, while others are available at a small charge. Townhome resorts do not have any shuttle service available.

Is the swimming pool heated and what are the pool hours?

During the winter months the pools are heated and the pool times are from dawn until dusk.

Is Wi-Fi free?

Where hotels have Wi-Fi available, it is complimentary.

Do you have laundry service?

In the hotels where we do not have washers and dryers in the rooms, we do offer a coin operated laundry service.

Can I buy park tickets?

You can purchase all park tickets, dinner show tickets, sight-seeing tours and transportation services through the guest service agent at the hotel. For you convenience you can book prior to you arrival, please call the reservations line.

Do you have accessible rooms?

If you need an accessible room please call our reservations department with your needs.
